Service Provider

Service Description

This booking platform allows you to view our services, schedule appointments, and communicate with the barbershop. The platform is provided by Tyjera.

User Obligations

• You must provide accurate information
• You must use the platform in a lawful manner
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your booking details

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after the barbershop accepts it
• You are responsible for checking booking details such as time and service
• Please arrive on time for your appointment

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (as posted on the platform or as communicated at the time of booking)
• Changes can be made subject to availability

Cancellation and no-show fees are displayed at the time of booking or on the platform. Please review current fees before booking.

Liability

• The barbershop and platform are not responsible for interruptions or system errors
• We do not guarantee availability of any service listed on the platform
• You are responsible for incorrect user input
• Our liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law

Intellectual Property

All content on this page is owned by RBS Barbershop UG or the platform operator Tyjera. Users may not copy or misuse the content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For consumers, the mandatory law of their country of residence applies where applicable. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
